Job summary

The Outside Sales Representative at Reliable Equipment Rentals is based in the Houston area and will generate leads and meet sales goals for our rentals business. You will conduct cold calls, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients, leveraging a deep understanding of the sales process and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in rental or energy sectors is a plus. 2–4 years of sales experience is required, with a willingness to travel locally to service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Industrial Energy sector is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities in construction and energy sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to generate revenue.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with contractors, EPC firms and energy companies.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams for customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, reporting.
• Represent RER at industry events and trade shows.
