Job summary

ECA Recruiters is seeking an outside sales professional to grow a defined Chicago territory in the higher education EdTech market. You will sell digital learning and courseware to professors, department leaders, and campus decision-makers, building long-term relationships across colleges and universities.

Responsibilities include in-person and virtual meetings, product demos, local travel, and active pipeline management to drive new adoptions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience is required.
• Experience in higher education, EdTech, textbook/courseware, or academic sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
