Job summary

Hawkes Learning LLC is seeking an Educational Courseware Representative to grow territory revenue for Hawkes software products. This role requires frequent campus travel and on-site engagement with colleges within a 1-3 hour drive from home, with an emphasis on the Chicago area.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of field sales experience in educational technology, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel extensively during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in educational technology selling math.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week on campus travel; overnight travel during peak season.
• Strong communication and time management skills; team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to college campuses to sell Hawkes’ courseware portfolio (software, textbooks, workbooks).
• Identify adoption targets and develop a strategic sales plan; coordinate internal resources and manage the sales process to adoption.
• Research geographic territory to identify key accounts and generate new leads; nurture through the sales cycle.
