Blue Collar Services in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business and build long-term referral relationships across mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services. This is an outside sales and relationship-development role.

You'll spend time building connections with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in restoration or property management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct in-person visits and develop long-term referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and prospective customers.
• Generate new opportunities across mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services.
• Conduct in-person sales visits with insurance agencies, property managers, and contractors.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Communicate company services clearly to prospective partners and track activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and restoration teams to fulfill projects.
