Job summary

Implement4 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop a referral network and generate residential restoration opportunities in an assigned market. This field-based role focuses on in-person visits to insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, and property managers to establish a steady stream of referrals after losses.

The ideal candidate will be hungry, organized, and relationship-driven, able to build a real book of 30–50 active referral partners over time and stay visible with partners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, territory sales, business development, or comparable new-business experience.
• Proven ability to generate new relationships and new business.
• Comfort spending most of the workday in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory.
• Build a target list of referral sources (insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, property managers).
• Conduct consistent in-person visits with referral partners.
• Log activity in the CRM and maintain a regular contact cycle.
