Job summary

Palm Build LLC is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Florida and Charlotte, NC to drive growth in home services, restoration, and reconstruction opportunities. You will develop new business through prospecting and referrals, while building strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurers, and referral partners.

You will meet with owners and partners, present proposals, and close qualified opportunities, with support from operations and estimating teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with homeowners, managers and partners.
Experience maintaining a proactive sales pipeline and CRM records.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, canvassing and leads.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurers, and referral partners.
Identify residential, commercial and multi-family restoration opportunities.
Meet with owners and partners to assess needs and close opportunities.
Conduct visits and inspections with support from operations and estimating teams.
Present proposals, address objections and close qualified opportunities.
Maintain a sales pipeline and CRM activity with accurate records.
Collaborate with project management, estimating, and operations for smooth handoffs.
Represent Palm Build at networking events and business-development meetings.
