Job summary

Blue Collar Services in Naples, FL, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business and build long-term referral relationships across mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services.

This outside sales role focuses on opening doors with insurance professionals, property managers, and contractors, developing partnerships, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, outside sales, account management, restoration, construction, HVAC, insurance, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and prospective customers
• Generate new opportunities across water and mold mitigation, emergency restoration, HVAC services, plumbing services, and reconstruction
• Conduct in-person sales visits with insurance agencies, property managers, commercial properties, real estate offices, contractors, and other referral sources
• Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• Clearly communicate company services and capabilities to prospective partners
• Track leads, contacts, appointments, referrals, and sales activity in the CRM
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across departments
• Work closely with operations, estimating, mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction teams
• Attend networking events, trade associations, community events, and industry meetings
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Meet or exceed established business-development and revenue goals
