Job summary

Palm Build LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in Florida and Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on developing new business, building relationships with homeowners and referral partners, and closing qualified opportunities.

You will conduct visits, present proposals, and work with operations and estimating teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to production. A strong emphasis on meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals is required.

Qualifications

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, canvassing, and inbound leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and other referral partners.
• Identify and pursue residential, commercial, multi-family, restoration, and reconstruction opportunities.
• Meet with property owners and referral partners to assess needs, explain Palm Build’s services, and develop the opportunity through close.
• Conduct property visits and inspections with support from Palm Build’s operations and estimating teams.
• Present proposals, communicate value, address objections, and close qualified opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity, including leads, follow-ups, referral sources, and opportunities.
• Work closely with project management, estimating, and operations to ensure a clean handoff from sale to production.
• Represent Palm Build professionally at networking events, industry meetings, property-management meetings, and other business-development opportunities.
• Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
