As a field-based engineer, you will engage customers and channel partners, present bids, and collaborate with product lines and operations to fulfill commitments while aiming to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of experience in the electrical industry or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and channel partners to grow long-term business.
• Execute sales plans to meet performance targets and quotas.
• Review customer needs on plans and specifications and provide solutions.
• Prepare bids and quotations following company guidelines and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product lines, operations, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity and report to product divisions.
• Provide training to teammates and distributors on Eaton products and tools.
• Deliver timely planning, quotation, and technical support for customers.
