Job summary

The Container Store in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom home and business spaces by appointment. You will manage end-to-end projects, build repeat clientele, and create B2B partnerships with designers, builders, and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with relevant sales or design experience.
• Experience in outside sales and home design is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales goals by designing and selling complete home and business organization solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail from in-home consultation to installation.
• Develop repeat clientele and referrals through excellent service.
• Build B2B relationships with property managers, builders, and real estate professionals.
• Schedule and attend installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidential company and customer information.
• Collaborate with interior designers and trade partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Travel within local market up to 100 miles for appointments.
