Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Strongsville, OH.

The role concentrates on consultative customer service, servicing and selling to district customers, and maintaining vendor managed inventory setups. As part of the MSS division, you will interact with sales reps and customers to uncover needs, support growth opportunities, and collaborate with management to improve product lines and service delivery.

Capacity to organize short- and long-term activities and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Interact extensively with sales representatives and customers to clarify their needs and research situations.

Provide feedback to management and the sales team based on customer input.
Offer spot buy capabilities to improve customer satisfaction.
Support territory coverage and assist during vacations or open territories.
