Earnings:

• 100% Commission with a lucrative structure, earning potential of $100K - $300K+ (with $100K being achievable easily)
• Generous Monthly + Quarterly Bonus Programs and other incentives

General Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively attend to high-quality pre-set leads
• Measure, design, and create plans for clients (including 2D & 3D renderings)
• Conduct brief presentations for clients
• Provide proposals and finalize deals
• Follow up with previous leads and clients to review projects or discuss new opportunities
• Network with contractors, landscape architects, and at industry events
• Grow your referral business

All projects are managed by experienced project managers, allowing you to focus on current and prospective clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the home improvement industry, especially landscape design, architecture, pavers, or synthetic turf, is a big plus
• 2-3 years of outside sales and design experience
• 2-3 years of construction or project management experience
• Proficient in Google products, CAD, and 3D software
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and professionalism
• Team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Creative, innovative, and willing to go the extra mile
• Desire to grow within the company
