Position: Interior Designer (Office Fit-out)

Location: Islandwide

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Level: Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary: $4,000 to $5,000 Monthly

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from concept development to final presentation, ensuring high-quality outputs and creative solutions.
2. Produce high-standard concept work using hand sketches, digital, and traditional media, while mentoring junior team members.
3. Contribute to business development, including pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
4. Create and review drawing packages for schematic and detailed design stages.
5. Attend client meetings independently or with a project leader, contributing to or leading client presentations.
6. Source reference materials and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
7. Maintain knowledge of market trends, clients, and competitors.
8. Conduct site visits independently, addressing any issues that arise.
9. Participate in site measurements, layout planning, and material selection.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, and dedication.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
