We are currently looking for someone who is customer service driven, has a passion for landscape design, and loves working closely with clients to transform their outdoor living areas into spaces they can be proud of and excited to come home to.

Earnings:

• 100% Commission with a lucrative structure, earning potential of $100K - $300K+ (with $100K being achievable easily)

General Job Responsibilities:

• Attend high-quality pre-set leads effectively
• Measure, design, and create plans for clients (2D & 3D renderings)
• Conduct short presentations for clients
• Provide proposals and close deals
• Follow-up with previous leads and clients, schedule follow-ups for project reviews or new opportunities
• Network with contractors, landscape architects, and industry events
• Grow your referral network

All projects are managed by experienced Project Managers, allowing you to focus on client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the Home Improvement Industry, especially Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Pavers, or Synthetic Turf, is a big plus
• 2-3 years outside sales & design experience
• 2-3 years construction/project management experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Sketchup, CAD, and 3D software like Vizterra
• Strong communication skills, customer service, professionalism, and integrity
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to handle pressure
• Motivated to succeed and innovative in ideas
