Earnings:

• 100% Commission with a lucrative structure, earning potential of $100K - $300K+
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses plus other incentives
• Monthly mileage reimbursement and phone allowance

General Job Responsibilities:

• Attend high-quality pre-set leads
• Design and measure plans for clients (2D & 3D renderings)
• Present proposals to clients and close deals
• Follow up with previous leads and clients to review or discuss new projects
• Network with contractors, landscape architects, and at industry events
• Grow your referral network

All projects are managed by experienced project managers, allowing you to focus on client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the home improvement industry, especially landscape design, architecture, pavers, or synthetic turf
• 2-3 years in outside sales and design
• Construction or project management experience
• Proficient with Google products, CAD, and 3D design software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Motivated, innovative, and professional
• Willing to grow within the company
