Aspen Contracting is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to join our Lexington market. You'll travel locally to homeowner appointments, perform property inspections, and present restoration solutions with outstanding service from first contact through project completion.

No roofing experience required; paid training, tools, and support are provided. This is a full‑time W-2 role with a clear career path and uncapped commission, offering substantial earning potential in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Lexington market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities.

Important: This position services the Lexington market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Nicholasville office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Lexington market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions.

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
