Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to work with homeowners in the Lexington market, providing inspections, restoration solutions, and top-tier customer service from first appointment through project completion.

No roofing experience is required; paid training, tools, and support are provided as you build relationships and generate new business in the Greater Lexington area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Lexington market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities.

Important: This position services the Lexington market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Nicholasville office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Lexington market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.

• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
