Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Charlotte market as Project Consultants.

You will identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional property inspections, and guide homeowners through the restoration process. This full-time W-2 role offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $200,000+ per year with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and local travel across the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willing to learn exterior restoration sales processes and product solutions.
• Ability to work independently and build client relationships.
• No roofing experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and tools.
• Educate homeowners about exterior restoration options.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout projects.
• Coordinate with production teams for a smooth experience.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process.

We provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Job Snapshot

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, customer service, hospitality, real estate, insurance, or other customer‑facing environments can translate well into this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
