Bath Fitter is America's leading bathroom remodeling company with 27 offices and 18 states. We are seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to sell our premium products to homeowners using provided leads and a proven, customer-focused process.

You will travel within your sales territory, build relationships, close deals, and contribute to a high-energy sales team through competitive commissions and ongoing training. Join a top-rated company recognized for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales with strong process adherence.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and willingness to travel.

As anOutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
