Sales Consultant – Join Our Growing Team at Bath Fitter!

At Bath Fitter, we’re looking for dynamic Sales Consultants to help homeowners create beautiful bathrooms while enjoying a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities. If you’re passionate about exceptional customer service, this is the role for you!

Compensation:

• Full-time work, paid training, and 100% uncapped commission.
• Paid training – no cold calls required!
• Pre-qualified leads and pre-set appointments provided.
• Generate your own leads for higher, uncapped commissions.
• Higher commissions after hitting $800K in sales with additional opportunities through our follow-up program.
• Paid upon sale – earn money when you close the deal!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships from the initial appointment through post-installation, offering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Accurately measure and assess tubs, shower bases, and walls using Bath Fitter’s tools and techniques.
• Prepare detailed estimates and meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Own pre-qualified leads and appointments, and generate your own leads for higher commissions.
• Maintain sales materials and ensure displays are clean and stocked.
• Adhere to safety and company policies, attending regular meetings and training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual - Spanish / English.
• Experience providing in-home consultative presentations and offering tailored solutions.
• Proven success with One Call Close.
• 3-5 years of in-home or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic math.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
