Job summary

Andersen Corp. is seeking a Design Consultant for the greater Dayton/Cincinnati area. The role involves traveling to appointments with homeowners for product demonstrations, following a structured sales process, and attending regular training. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift materials.

Compensation is uncapped, with current consultants earning between $120,000 and $300,000+, along with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and 401(K). Flexibility in scheduling and evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners.
• Perform product demonstrations during in-home consultations.

• Complete other assigned duties.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Dayton/Cincinnati area (no cold calling or door knocking)
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $120,000-$300,000+
