Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking an Outside Sales Design Consultant to cover the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area. This full-time role focuses on presenting window and door replacement solutions during in-home visits, with no cold calling and a strong emphasis on closing sales.

You'll receive comprehensive paid training, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for top-performer sales trips, plus access to a full insurance package.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Travel up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all necessary information to make a same-day decision on replacement projects.
• This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.
