Job summary

Andersen Corp. in Cranford, NJ seeks a Renewal by Andersen Design Consultant to travel to homeowner appointments across the New Jersey/New York Metro area, demonstrate products, and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.

This role follows a value-based selling process with a strong emphasis on honesty and integrity. No cold calling or door-knocking, and ongoing trainings and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license (required).
• Commit to daily travel up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process and a strong desire to close the sale.

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+
