The National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow NFIB memberships through in-person outreach and advocacy with local small business owners.

In this role, you will generate new business, present membership benefits, and manage your territory with independence, backed by training and performance-based pay. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage small business owners within your assigned work area
• Build relationships and establish trust through face-to-face interactions
• Present NFIB's proven value proposition and membership benefits
• Identify business owners' needs and recommend solutions
• Overcome objections and confidently close new memberships
• Manage your territory, prospecting activity, and sales pipeline independently
• Represent NFIB as a trusted resource and advocate for small businesses
