Job summary

Base salary $45,000 with uncapped commissions and target earnings of $125,000–$150,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
• Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
• Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business

Responsibilities

• Sell face-to-face to homeowners and present solar/roofing solutions.
• Close deals and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signing.
