Job summary

Lucky Stars Roofing is seeking a motivated outside sales professional for in-home residential roof projects. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present roofing and financing options, and guide purchasing decisions.

Qualified appointments are provided; you can generate more business through referrals. You will maintain CRM, build trust, and close high-ticket projects while representing the company professionally in homes and the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Experience with high-ticket sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, competitive sales professional who excels at building relationships, identifying homeowner needs, presenting solutions, and closing high-value residential projects.

This is an outside, in-home sales position focused on residential roofing and exterior home improvement. Sales representatives will meet directly with homeowners, conduct consultations, evaluate their needs, present recommended solutions and financing options, and guide customers through the purchasing decision.

Qualified appointments are provided, while representatives are also encouraged and highly rewarded for generating additional business through referrals, networking, and self-generated opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, remodeling, automotive, real estate, or other high-ticket sales is a plus
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, negotiate, and close
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and being held accountable to performance goals
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license
• Roofing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train exceptional sales professionals who have a demonstrated ability to sell, learn quickly, and perform in a results-driven environment.
