Nippon Sanso Matheson in Miami Beach seeks an Outside Sales Administrator to provide administrative support for packaged gases operations, including credit applications, account forms, pricing, quotes, and billing assistance. The role also covers AR resolution, PSA preparation, and site support at the Matheson retail branch.

The position requires 1-3 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and good communication and phone skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or Associates degree desirable.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide OSR with administrative support for credit applications and new accounts.
• Process contract pricing, rollback forms and calculations.
• Handle orders and quotes requiring special handling or long bids.
• Produce customer usage and cost-savings reports as needed.
• Assist with billing questions, credit support and AR resolution.
• Prepare PSAs as required and support site activities (counter, warehouse).
