The role involves handling credit apps, quotes, pricing forms, and long bids, as well as generating customer usage and cost-saving reports. Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associates degree desirable.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training or; - Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales aptitude, computer skills include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, good phone skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide OSR with administrative support for credit applications and new account forms.
• Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations.
• Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders.
• Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports.
• Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution.
• PSAs prep.
• Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.).
