Job summary

Mission Linen Supply in Newark, CA seeks an Account Representative to develop new business and manage customer relationships in hospitality, medical, and industrial sectors. You’ll prospect, quote, and close deals while building a robust book of business.

During training you’ll earn $1,300 per week plus a $210 car allowance. After training, a guaranteed base of $800 per week with uncapped earnings based on performance, with 2025 results ranging from $72k to $188k.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience in linen/uniform rental industry, or with similar customers, is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office tools, is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination (required).
• Valid driver's license to travel locally to visit prospective customers (required).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking.
• Develop new sales opportunities with existing customers.
• Maintain or exceed established sales quotas for rental business and direct sales.
• Display or demonstrate product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Prepare reports and keep expense accounts.
