JW WELDING SUPPLIES & TOOLS is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals across the Sparks region. You will travel to appointments, build rapport with customers, and report sales activity to the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven ability to meet targets, and a high level of customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals.
