Job summary

Agm Tools in Houston, TX is seeking a customer service and sales associate. You will help customers in person and by phone, answer questions, process orders, and provide product information to support satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include data entry, maintain records, perform follow-ups, resolve complaints, and support opening/closing cash drawer. Must speak English and Spanish; 2–5 years in CS or sales preferred; mon–fri schedule with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sale and customer service experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must speak Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Sale and Customer Service Experience from 2-5 years
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Schedule Monday to Friday 7-5 and 8-6 p.m. every other Saturday. 1 hour lunch.
