Job summary

Sears Home Improvement is seeking an Outside Project Sales Consultant in Bridgeton, MO. This full-time, 100% commission role offers scheduled appointments and a path to top earnings, with a base of $50K–$80K and top performers $100K+ annually.

Travel within a 2-hour radius, training provided, and benefits included. Reps typically visit the national sales center once weekly and then work from home with pre-confirmed leads and pre-set appointments.

Qualifications

• Local market travel with a personal vehicle required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell home improvement projects to customers.
• Cover territories up to 2 hours around home ZIP.
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from the National Sales center.
• Use a laptop with design software for proposals.
• Maintain relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
