Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants for our In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits where reps typically earn between $45K - $80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually. Travel is local, with appointments scheduled via our National Sales center and visits from home.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and influence customers.
• Must be computer proficient and able to use design software.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel locally to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to local market area to attend appointments.
• Present home improvement estimates to customers.
• Manage appointments and follow up with leads.
• Maintain vehicle, fuel reimbursement and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
