Job summary

Sears is hiring Project Sales Consultants who work outside the home, visiting appointments within approximately 2 hours of home ZIP code. The role is full-time with 100% commission and benefits; reps typically earn $45K–$80K and top performers $90k+ annually.

Training is provided, and pre-confirmed appointments come from a national sales center. Responsibilities include traveling to local appointments, driving a personal vehicle, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products; cases may range from 5 lbs to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient and able to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle; local market area travel required.
• Provide pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments/leads from our National Sales center.
• Engage customers, close sales, and deliver outstanding service for home improvement products.
