Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn between $45K-$80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually.

Consultants travel within about 2 hours of home ZIPs to meet pre-confirmed appointments from our national sales center. Responsibilities include visiting appointments, presenting estimates for home improvement products, and building strong customer relationships.
