Sears Holdings Corporation in Bridgeton, MO is seeking an Outside Project Sales Consultant to join the Home Improvement team. Consultants travel locally, work full-time, and rely on pre-set appointments rather than door-to-door sales.

Qualifications

• Must travel extensively in local market using personal vehicle.
• Must have valid drivers license and insurance.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Candidate must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell Sears Home Improvement products to customers.
• Travel to appointments within local market; up to 2 hours from home zip code.
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from National Sales center.
• This is a full-time, commission-based role with benefits.
