Job summary

Sears Home Improvement seeks Outside Project Sales Consultants. This full-time, 100% commission role involves traveling within about two hours of your home zip code to meet customers, schedule appointments, and close home improvement product sales.

Reps typically earn $50K–$80K, with top performers at $100K+ annually. We provide paid training, comprehensive benefits, and tools to succeed, including a laptop and a fuel reimbursement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Local market travel with use of a personal vehicle is required.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Able to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Outside Project Sales Consultants travel around your home zip code area to meet customers at scheduled appointments.
• Provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from the national sales center.
• Meet with customers to discuss home improvement product estimates and close sales.
• Operate as part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team with compensation primarily through commission.
