Job summary

Sears is seeking a Project Sales Consultant to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K - $80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually.

Consultants travel within roughly a 2-hour radius of their home zip code to pre-confirmed appointments sourced from our National Sales Center. Not a door-to-door role; customers request estimates for home improvement products.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and influence customers.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Interact with customers to provide estimates and close sales.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent Sears in the market.
• Schedule and manage in-home appointments and follow-ups.
• Assist and train new hires as needed.
