Job summary

Sears Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This role is full-time / 100% commission / W-2 with benefits where reps typically earn between $45K - $80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually!

The majority of our Sales Reps visit the local sales office once a week and otherwise work from home with appointments sent by email. Responsibilities include traveling within the home service area, qualifying leads, and presenting estimates.

Qualifications

• Local market area travel required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Able to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Maintain pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments from our National Sales center.
• Present home improvement products and close sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer questions.
• Manage time and travel efficiently to cover assigned territory.
