Sears is seeking Sales Representatives for Home Improvement exterior and interior products. This full-time, 100% commission role includes W-2 with benefits and leads provided by our national center. Reps typically earn $45K–$80K, with top performers over $90K annually.

Territory coverage includes appointments scheduled from home and visits to local offices. Most days involve pre-set leads and appointments, with training and career advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally using a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Computer proficiency.
• Willing to work five days including Saturdays.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and listening/influencing skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within local market area using a personal vehicle.
• Schedule and visit appointments with customers.
