Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest-control solutions, and close sales. We offer hourly base pay plus commission, paid training, and ongoing support to help you grow in a fast‑growing company.

You’ll conduct 5–6 home inspections daily, work with technicians on upsell opportunities, and maintain client relationships while meeting sales targets. Training is provided, and licensing support is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections and present pest-control options.
• Close sales based on customer needs and budget.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify add-on opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and schedule follow-ups.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales activity in our system.
