Quality Equipment Llc in Edenton, NC, is seeking an Outside Parts and Service Salesperson to grow parts and service sales within a designated territory. This role emphasizes delivering parts solutions, supporting counter sales, and promoting warranties and inspections.

You will travel locally as needed, handle Saturday work, and contribute to customer satisfaction through timely resolutions and accurate equipment data.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations.
• Ability to use MS Office and internet functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Background in agricultural equipment (AG) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Markets parts and service sales through promotions and packages.
• Communicates customer complaints for quick resolution; ensures satisfaction.
• Provides parts and service solutions (maintenance and repair).
• Assists with counter sales; includes Saturday work as required.
• Manages customer coverage within assigned territory for parts and service.
• Collects and updates customer equipment data for marketing promotions.
• Delivers parts to customers (pulling/loading).
• Provides pricing feedback and competitive insights.
• Maintains company vehicle and represents Quality Equipment professionally.
• Attends training meetings and contributes to marketing plans.
• Supports after-hours parts phone service.
