Job summary

Quality Equipment, LLC is seeking an Outside Parts and Service Salesperson for the Edenton store to drive parts and service sales, support customer needs, and participate in promotions and inspections.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work weekends, and knowledge of parts/service operations. Join a team focused on community, integrity, and growth opportunities within a growing John Deere dealer network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Markets parts and service sales through promotions, warranties, and inspections.
• Communicates customer complaints to relevant departments to achieve quick resolution.
• Provides parts and service solutions for maintenance and repair.
• Assists with counter sales, including Saturday work.
• Maintains coverage and development of customers within assigned territory for parts and service.
• Collects and updates customer equipment information for promotions and marketing.
• Delivers parts to customers as required and assists with loading.
• Provides feedback on pricing and competitor promotions.
• Regularly maintains company vehicle to represent Quality Equipment professionally.
• Attends required trainings and contributes to parts and service marketing plans.
• Assists with afterhours parts phone service.
