Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to grow branches by developing relationships with consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads.

This non-licensed role educates on the mortgage process, coordinates introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators, and supports a steady pipeline while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer sales, lead generation, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Real estate broker experience or licensure is a plus.
• Mortgage industry familiarity preferred.
• Understand non-licensed mortgage support role limitations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate consumer relationships with financing needs.
• Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Educate prospects on the mortgage process at a general level.
• Schedule introductions between borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain follow-up and pipeline status in the company CRM.
• Support branch production with a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with licensed MLOs and branch leadership to ensure smooth handoff.
