Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to grow branch activity by building relationships with prospective consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads.

The role is non-licensed and focuses on REP referrals, lead development, and coordinating with licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in consumer sales or related fields, a four-year degree, strong communication and CRM skills, and

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in consumer sales, lead generation, customer outreach, business development, mortgage marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
Four-year college degree in business, finance or related field.
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers needing mortgage financing.
Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and events.
Educate on the mortgage process and direct loan-specific questions to a licensed MLO.
Schedule introductions and appointments with licensed MLOs.
Maintain consistent follow-up to support engagement and conversion.
Track leads, sources, contacts, and pipeline in the CRM.
Support branch goals by maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Coordinate with MLOs and teams to ensure smooth referrals.
Participate in marketing and outreach to raise awareness of mortgage services.
Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and laws.
Maintain non-licensed scope; no applications, quotes, or term negotiations.
Ensure separation if also licensed as a real estate broker.
Provide required disclosures at referral.
Complete training, orientation, and meetings.
