National Lumber Corp is partnering to offer an Outside Lumber Sales Representative role. You will build relationships with contractors, builders and industry professionals while promoting our extensive lumber, window, door and moldings lines.

Responsibilities include developing new accounts, quoting, order processing, and ensuring on-time delivery. A strong knowledge of construction and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the building materials industry, including lumber, windows, doors and moldings a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and solutions
• Generate sales quotes, process orders, and track customer deliveries
• Stay up to date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to strengthen relationships
