Job summary

Senergy Petroleum in Phoenix seeks an experienced outside sales professional to grow our customer base and expand market share for fuel, lubricants, DEF, cardlock fuels, and related equipment.

You will build strong customer relationships, educate on product features, and collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless experience. A proven track record in B2B sales and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in outside B2B sales in the lubricant/fuel industry or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop and close sales processes and proposals.
• Comfort with learning company systems and CRM software.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ethical standards.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target profitable new business opportunities to expand the customer base for fuel, lubricants, DEF, and petroleum equipment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on features and applications.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans; maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Complete operational tasks, deliver products, and assist in inventory management as needed.
