Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Coppell, Texas.

You will cultivate new business and strengthen existing relationships by selling services and installation solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, parking control, revenue, and service programs. You must be a self-directed self-starter who can design security solutions, communicate clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (any field) preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor: cultivate strong relationships with clients and develop security solutions.
• Hunt new business: identify leads, generate opportunities, convert competitors’ accounts.
• Master the sales cycle: prospect, generate leads, negotiate and close.
• Design solutions: translate client needs into estimates and proposals.
• Collaborate and communicate: work with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
