DH Pace Company, Inc. in Knoxville, TN, is hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to build relationships and sell commercial doors and related products.

You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, and manage proposals from first contact to close, while maintaining CRM records daily. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions for commercial and industrial clients in

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
• Outgoing personality and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and related products and services.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative sales.
• Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Knoxville and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale.
• Follow up quickly to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
