Job summary

Cameron Welding Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to cover Stanton and Fontana, CA. The role offers a base salary plus commission in a stable, essential industry with strong growth potential.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outside/B2B sales, solid MS Office skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B sales experience.
• Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Welding equipment and gas experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business and maintains existing business by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and prospects.
• Cold calls onsite & phone to potential targets.
• Responsible for gross profit improvement.
• Plans and organizes activities and resources so that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Prepares and executes Business Plan for targeted customer segments.
• Secures long term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Accounts for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data.
• Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads.
• Conducts competitive intelligence.
• Demonstrates products to new account customers.
• Manages territory budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
